Boud terms of service

These terms cover the Boud platform service itself — not our clients' stores; every store has the terms of sale its owner writes.

The service

Boud provides a wholesale online store on a yearly subscription, set up for every merchant as an independent copy on his own domain. The binding details — amount, cycle, setup and support — are in the subscription agreement both parties sign, which prevails in any difference.

Payment and late payment

The subscription is paid in advance for the year. When late: a reminder one week before the date, then two weeks of grace, then a temporary pause of the storefront while the dashboard and all data stay intact; the store returns as soon as payment is made.

Ownership

The code and the platform belong to the service provider. The merchant's data — products, customers and orders — belongs to him; he can download a full copy at any time, and it is handed over with his product images on termination.

Liability

Every effort is made to keep the stores running, and liability never exceeds the value of one subscription cycle. The merchant alone is responsible for his goods and prices, and for not offering anything that breaks Iraqi law.

The trial and the demo store

A trial is granted for a fixed period and stops by itself at its end unless a subscription follows. The demo store is for illustration only, and orders placed there are not fulfilled.
